Building industrial data governance system for open and shared development strategy

在工业数据战略性资源地位愈发凸显的大背景下,开展数据治理成为促进开放共享、发挥流通活力的重要抓手。系统梳理了工业数据治理面临的困难挑战,对欧盟及相关企业开展的工业数据治理实践进行了详细分析,并结合我国实际,从顶层设计、内部实施和共享交互三方面提出针对性的建议。

The strategic position of industrial data is becoming more and more prominent.Data governance is an important tool to promote the sharing and exchange of data.In this paper,we identify the problems and challenges we are facing in industrial data governance,and analyze the best practice in this area by EU,Germany and relevant enterprises.At last,we promote the suggests for the following three aspects,the top-down system design,implementation,and data sharing and exchange based on the reality of China.
