重组人促红细胞生成素治疗急性脊髓损伤患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of recombinant human erythropoietin for treatment of patients with acute spinal cord injury

目的探讨重组人促红细胞生成素(rhCPO)治疗急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)患者的临床疗效。方法将80例ASCI患者分为rhCPO组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均在常规治疗的基础上,rhCPO组给予皮下注射rhCPO,对照组注射等量生理盐水。治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月评估患者的运动和感觉功能,并检测患者的红细胞和血红蛋白水平,比较两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后1个月、3个月,两组患者的美国脊髓损伤协会运动功能评分和感觉功能评分均较治疗前提高,且rhCPO组高于对照组(均P<0.05),rhCPO组患者红细胞和血红蛋白水平均高于对照组和治疗前(均P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 rhCPO用于治疗ASCI能发挥较好的神经保护作用,有效地改善患者的运动和感觉功能,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human erythropoietin(rhCPO) for the treatment of patients with acute spinal cord injury(ASCI). Methods Eighty patients with ASCI were divided into rhCPO group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Conventional treatments were performed in both groups, based on which the rhCPO group was given subcutaneous injection of rhCPO, and the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline. before treatment, one and three months after treatment, the motor and sensory functions of the patients were evaluated, the levels of red blood cell and hemoglobin were detected, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results One and three months after treatment, the American Spinal Injury Association motor function score and sensory function score were increased in both groups as compared with those before treatment, and the rhCPO group got higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05), the rhCPO group exhibited higher levels of red blood cell and hemoglobin in comparison with the control group or pretreatment(all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion rhCPO exerts a favorable neuroprotective effect on ASCI and can effectively improve motor and sensory functions in the patients, achieving higher safety.
