金融集聚对区域经济增长的空间溢出效应分析——基于1995-2018年省际面板数据的研究

The Spatial Spillover Effect of Financial Agglomeration on Regional Economic Growth——Based on Provincial Panel Data from 1995 to 2018

本文在对金融集聚和区域经济增长相关文献研究的基础上测算了中国31个省份(市、自治区)1995-2018年的金融集聚度,并建立基于省际面板数据的空间杜宾模型,分析金融集聚对本地的增长效应和对周边地区经济增长的空间溢出效应。全国和东部样本的研究发现金融集聚不仅促进了本地的经济增长,还对临近地区经济增长产生正向的溢出效应;中西部样本的研究发现金融集聚的本地增长效应显著,但空间溢出效应并不明显。为了充分发挥金融集聚这两种效应,需要优化区域金融中心布局,构建多层次区域金融中心;加强区域协调发展战略,引导金融资源向中西部地区有序回流;充分发挥金融集聚的空间溢出效应,带动周边地区经济增长。

Based on the literature research on financial agglomeration and regional economic growth,this paper estimates the financial agglomeration degrees of 31 provinces in China from 1995 to 2018.Furthermore,a spatial Durbin model based on provincial panel data is established to analyze the growth effect of financial agglomeration on local economic and the spatial spillover effect on economic in surrounding areas.Studies of China and the east samples found that financial agglomeration not only promotes local economic growth,but also has a positive spillover effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions.Studies of the middle and west sample found that the local growth effect of financial agglomeration is significant,but the spatial spillover effect is not obvious.In order to give full play to the two effects of financial agglomeration,it is necessary to optimize the layout of regional financial centers,build multilevel regional financial centers,strengthen the regional coordinated development strategy,guide the orderly return of financial resources to the middle and west regions,and give full play to the spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration to drive the economic growth of surrounding areas.
