金融服务实体经济发展效率的实证研究——基于31个省、市、自治区面板数据

An Empirical Study on the Development Efficiency of Financial Services in Real Economy——Based on Panel Data of 31 Provinces,Cities and Autonomous Regions

本文基于全国31个省、市、自治区2013-2017年的面板数据,分别运用DEA-BBC模型与DEA-Malmquist指数分析各地区金融支持实体经济发展的效率及变化情况,以期为经济高质量发展提供相关建议。结果显示:全国金融支持实体经济发展效率较低,30%的省份主要靠规模效率拉动,且不同省份之间差异显著;我国金融支持实体经济的全要素生产率整体呈上升趋势,但纯技术效率指数明显下降,沿海经济区与黄河中上游经济区全要素生产率增长趋势较为明显。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in 2013-2017,this paper uses DEA-BBC model and DEA Malmquist index to analyze the efficiency and change of financial support for the development of real economy in each region,in order to provide relevant suggestions for the high-quality development of economy.The results show that the development efficiency of financial support real economy is relatively low,30%of provinces are mainly driven by scale efficiency,and there are significant differences between different provinces;the total factor productivity of financial support real economy in China is on the rise as a whole,but the pure technical efficiency index is significantly reduced,and the total factor productivity growth trend of coastal economic zone and the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River Economic Zone is relatively obvious.
