高校图书馆对外开放的制约瓶颈和应对措施研究

文章分析了国内外高校图书馆对外开放发展状况,指出高校图书馆对外开放的有利条件,得出对外开放已成为一种必然趋势,从主、客观方面详细分析了影响我国高校图书馆发展进程中的制约瓶颈,并就此提出了扩大对外开放的应对措施。文章最后提出图书馆立法应提上日程,使图书馆对外开放有法可依,更快、更好地发展。

In this paper,the development of university libraries opening to the outside world at home and abroad was analyzed.Pointing out the favorable conditions of opening up university libraries,it is an inevitable trend to open to the outside world.This paper analyzes the bottleneck in the development of university library from subjective and objective aspects detailed,and puts forward some countermeasures to expand the opening up.Finally,puts forward that library legislation should be put on the agenda to make the library open to the outside world in accordance with the law and develop faster and better.
