摘要
针对高校顶岗实习监管困难、企业对学生实习认同感不足、实习成绩评定受主观因素影响较大等问题,文章提出以"成果导向"作为理论思想引领,选择校企协同合作育人为研究切入点,从实习结果出发,立足于关注实习生实习结束后真正具备的能力,将企业对实习生职业素养的需求与毕业能力指标点对标找差,逐步形成一个多主体、可观测、可持续改进的顶岗实习评价体系。
In view of the difficulties in the supervision of post practice in higher vocational colleges,the lack of recognition of enterprises for students’internship,and the subjective influence on the evaluation of internship performance,this paper proposes to take"OBE"as the theoretical guidance,select the school enterprise cooperative education as the research entry point,start from the internship results,focus on the real ability of interns after the internship,and make the enterprise the needs of the industry for the professional quality of the interns and the differences between the graduation ability index points will gradually form a multi-agent,observable and sustainable post practice evaluation system.
