摘要
文章总结梳理了国内创新创业人才评价政策规范制度现状和特点,研究和分析人才评价相关标准、制度和规范,初步构建创新创业人才评价体系,提出创新创业人才分类标准,进一步完善人才分类评价指标体系。相关研究提高了创新创业人才评价活动的科学性和高效性,可以为地方政府开展创新创业人才引进工作提供管理决策参考。
This paper summarizes and combs the current situation and characteristics of the evaluation policy and standard system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in China,studies and analyzes the relevant standards,systems and norms of talent evaluation,and preliminarily constructs the evaluation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and puts forward the classification standard of innovative and pioneering talents,and further improves the classification and evaluation index system of talents.The relevant research can improve the scientificity and efficiency of the evaluation activities of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and provide management decision-making reference for the local governments to introduce innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
