江苏省生态环境损害赔偿制度体系研究

Research on ecological damage compensation system in Jiangsu province

生态环境损害赔偿制度改革是我国加强生态文明建设的一项重要举措,目前生态环境损害赔偿制度处于起步阶段,与之配套的工作流程和相应措施尚不完善。文章开展生态环境损害赔偿制度体系建设研究,梳理了生态环境损害赔偿工作流程,建立生态环境损害赔偿制度体系框架,完善生态环境损害赔偿相关制度体系,以保障生态环境损害赔偿和修复工作及时、有效地完成,为省级和市级层面开展生态环境损害赔偿工作提供技术支撑。

Ecological damage compensation system reform is an important measure for China to speed up the construction of ecological civilization.At this stage,ecological damage compensation system is in its infancy and the corresponding supporting measures and work flow are not perfect enough.This paper makes a research on the ecological damage compensation system,sorts out the work flow,establishes the institutional frameworks,and improves the relevant institutional systems,in order to guarantee compensation and repair work in a timely and effective manner,and provide technical support for the ecological damage compensation at the provincial and municipal levels.
