摘要
盾构接收是盾构法施工中技术难度大、工序复杂的施工阶段,也是盾构法施工中一个主要的风险集中点。文章以福州市轨道交通2号线桔园洲站-洪湾站区间盾构法施工接收为研究背景,通过接收井端头处理、接收姿态控制、通过加固区注浆封堵等工序,探讨了富水砂层地质中土压平衡盾构接收控制技术,可为类似工程提供有益参考。
Shield receiving is a construction stage with great technical difficulty and complicated process in shield construction,and it is also a main risk concentration point in shield construction.Based on the research background of the shield construction acceptance between Juyuanzhou station and Hongwan station of Fuzhou Rail Transit Line 2,this paper discusses the receiving control technology of EPB shield in the water rich sand layer geology through the process of receiving well end treatment,receiving attitude control,grouting and sealing in the reinforcement area,which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
