On the History of Yunwu Tea of the Yellow Mountain

本文通过梳理明清以来文人游记及方志、书刊中关于黄山云雾茶的记载,对黄山云雾茶的诞生、兴盛以及发展的历程进行了溯源,以期寻求云雾茶的历史真相,分析云雾茶的生长环境,探索云雾茶的经营业态,描述云雾茶的文化魅力,厘清云雾茶与毛峰茶的关系。

This paper traces the birth,prosperity and development of Yunwu tea in the Yellow Mountain by combing the records of literati’s travel notes,local chronicles and books and periodicals since the Ming and Qing dynasties,in order to seek the historical truth of Yunwu tea.It analyzes its growth environment,explores its business forms,describes its cultural charm and clarifies the relationship between Yunwu tea and Maofeng tea.
