燃烧法制备BiVO4可见光光催化剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用燃烧法合成了稀土掺杂BiVO4光催化剂,通过XRD、FE-SEM、UV-Vis对样品的结构、形貌、光催化性能等进行了分析表征。结果表明:所得样品为单斜相m-BiVO4纯相,平均粒径为50 nm左右;点火温度为500℃时所得Bi0.985Nd0.015VO4光催化效率最佳,光照30 min对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到了90%,比未掺杂的BiVO4光催化效率提高了15%,其降解速率常数为0.07573/min。 The rare earth doped photocatalysts BiVO4 was synthesized by combustion method,and the crystal structure,morphology and photocatalytic performance of BiVO4 was characterized by the XRD,FE-SEM,and UV-Vis.The result showed that the synthesized sample was monoclinic m-BiVO4 pure phase with the average size of 50 nm.When the ignition temperature was 500℃,the photocatalytic efficiency of the synthesized Bi0.985Nd0.015VO4 was the highest,when the illumination time lasted for 30 min,the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange solution reached 90%,which was 15% higher than that of pure BiVO4 sample,and the degradation rate constant of methyl orange was 0.07573/min.
