摘要
全自动超声波技术(AUT)主要应用于海底或者陆地管道环焊缝的无损检测,为了降低返修率,提高管道铺设效率,降低施工成本,AUT技术需要提供较高的检测精度,包括缺陷的长度、高度、深度等参数,同时要求AUT系统具有较强的可重复性及稳定性,保证检测结果的高度一致。根据API 1104以及DNV-OS-F101等标准的要求,AUT技术应通过认证展示及检验能力及检验精度,认证的主要内容一般包括可靠性认证及重复性认证。本文从基本理论、缺陷制作、实验内容、数据分析等方面阐述了认证的基本方法和原则,为类似技术的认证提供了一个操作性较强的参考。
Automated Ultrasonic Testing(AUT)is mainly used in girth weld of submarine pipeline or onshore pipeline.AUT shall offer relatively inspection accurate parameter in terms of defect length,defect height,defect depth,to decrease the repair rate,improves pipeline productivity.Meanwhile,the repeatability and stability of AUT shall be demonstrated to offer the identified examination result.According to API 1104 and DNVOS-F101,AUT shall be qualified by demonstration of inspection ability and accuracy.Demonstration test consist of reliability test and repeatability test.Fundamental,artificial defect,test program,data analysis is presented in this research to offer a highly operational reference.
