摘要
电石法聚氯乙烯生产汞污染物产生及排放是汞污染物的主要贡献行业,本次开展“三翻和多段活化”技术的实践研究,以期为电石法聚氯乙烯行业在延长低汞触媒使用寿命管理提供一种新的管理模式。根据实践结果,通过开展“三翻和多段活化”技术可有效提高低汞触媒使用寿命。
The production and emission of mercury pollutants from PVC production by calcium carbide method are the major contributing industries of mercury pollutants.This paper carries out practical research on"triple-turn and multistage activation"technology in order to provide a new management mode for prolonging the service life of low-mercury catalysts in PVC production by calcium carbide method.According to the practical results,the service life of the low mercury catalyst can be effectively prolonged by developing the technology of"triple-turn and multistage activation".
