血液透析患者蛋白质摄入量的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 蛋白质-能量消耗(protein-energy wasting,PEW)是血液透析患者的常见并发症之一。规范化的营养治疗能有效改善患者的营养状况,对于防治PEW、改善患者预后具有重要意义。适宜的蛋白质摄入作为营养治疗的重要组成部分,目前各指南推荐不尽相同,并有学者提出质疑。本文就维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者蛋白质摄入量(dietary protein intake,DPI)的各指南推荐及存在的争议展开综述,并对适宜的蛋白质摄入量以及如何处理蛋白质摄入与高磷血症之间的矛盾等问题进行探讨。
