饲粮中添加发酵苹果渣对肉羊生产性能和血清指标的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 试验研究在肉羊上使用发酵苹果渣饲料的效果。对照组饲喂精料,试验组饲喂羊只的精料中分别添加5%、10%、15%、20%发酵苹果渣饲料。结果显示,试验组与对照组平均日增重及料重比差异显著(P<0.05),添加15%发酵苹果渣组肉羊日增重最显著;在日粮中添加发酵苹果渣能够显著的提高肉羊血清中胰岛素、生长素、T3和IL-6的含量;在日粮中添加15%发酵苹果渣可降低尿素氮含量、提高血液中葡萄糖含量。试验结果表明,在肉羊精料中加入15%发酵苹果渣饲料可明显提高平均日增重,降低了料重比,促进肉羊生长。 The test studied the application effect of fermented apple residue feed on meat sheep. In each test group, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of fermented apple dregs were added to sheep concentrate respectively, and the sheep in control group were fed with concentrate. The results showed that compared with control group, the daily weight gain and feed weight ratio of the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05), and the daily weight gain of the mutton sheep in the group with 15% fermented apple dregs was most obvious. Adding fermented apple residue into the diet of mutton and sheep can significantly increase the contents of insulin, auxin, T3 and IL-6 in serum. The content of urea nitrogen and glucose in blood could be decreased by adding 15% fermented apple dregs to the diet. The results indicated that adding 15% fermented apple residue into concentrate could significantly increase the average daily weight gain of mutton sheep, reduce the ratio of feed to weight, and promote the growth of mutton sheep.
