胍基乙酸生物学功能及在动物生产上的应用 被引量:6

摘要 胍基乙酸作为重要的食品添加剂和饲料添加剂,在国内外有着广泛研究。研究成果涵盖猪、鸡、反刍动物及水产等经济动物,其有效性和安全性得到了国内外科学家普遍认可。文章旨在阐述胍基乙酸的性质和作用机理,并综述国内外对胍基乙酸在动物试验中的研究成果,以期为饲料发展和新时代保障动物高生产性能提供胍基乙酸的应用方案和参考意见。
