上海市社区老年人龋齿流行状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of Prevalence of Dental Caries and Its Influencing Factors in the Elderly in Shanghai Community

目的了解上海市65~74岁老年人群恒牙患龋状况及影响因素,为老年人龋病防治策略提供依据。方法 2016年1月—12月,根据全国第四次口腔健康流行病学调查的方法,在上海市随机抽取4个区的773例65~74岁老年人,以龋均、患龋率和龋补充填比作为龋病指标,进行口腔健康检查和问卷调查。结果上海市65~74岁老年人以龋均(DMFT)计患龋率为98.84%,龋均(11.32±8.05)个,中心城区与非中心城区之间的患龋率和龋均差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性患龋率高于男性(P<0.05),男性与女性龋均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。老年人患龋与性别、是否吸烟和每天刷牙次数相关(P<0.05)。结论上海市社区老年人口腔健康状况不佳,需改变不良口腔卫生习惯,及时就医。

Objective To study the status of caries and its influencing factors of permanent teeth among the elderly in Shanghai community,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of caries in the elderly.Methods A total of 773 subjects aged 65~74 years old were selected according to the guideline for the fourth national oral health survey.Oral health examination and questionnaire survey were carried out with the average caries rate,the prevalence of caries,decayed missing and filled teeth(DMFT)and the ratio of caries filling.Results According to DMFT,the prevalence of caries among the elderly in Shanghai community was 98.84%and mean DMFT was(11.32±8.05);there was no significant difference in caries prevalence and mean DMFT of the elderly between urban and suburban areas(P>0.05).The incidence of caries in women was higher than that in men(P<0.05),but the difference of DMFT was no significant between men and women(P>0.05).The prevalence of caries of the elderly was related to gender,smoking and the number of brushing teeth per day(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health of the elderly in Shanghai is not good,and it should be pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of their caries.
