软脉聪圣煎治疗老年肾精亏虚型非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍的试验研究

A Clinical Trial on the Effects of Ruanmai Congsheng Decoction on Senile Patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment no Dementia Belong to Renal Deficiency and Deficiency Syndrome

目的观察软脉聪圣煎治疗老年肾精亏虚型非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍(VCI-ND)的疗效。方法 2017年7月—2019年10月,96例VCI-ND患者按随机数字表分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=51),治疗组予软脉聪圣煎,对照组予尼莫地平片,治疗12周后比较2组的肾精亏虚证中医证候积分,观察蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)和工具性日常生活活动能力(IADL)评分变化。结果治疗12周后,2组肾精亏虚证证候积分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组积分较对照组低[(10.47±3.90)分vs (12.57±5.10)分,P<0.01]。治疗后,治疗组MoCA评分和IADL评分均升高(均P<0.05),且治疗前后的Mo CA评分差值较对照组高[(0.83±1.38)分vs(0.33±0.99)分,P=0.024]。治疗后,对照组MoCA和IADL评分升高,但组内比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗前后2组的IADL评分差值比较,差异无统计学意义。结论软脉聪圣煎可以一定程度上缓解VCI-ND。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ruanmai Congsheng decoction on senile patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia(VCI-ND)belong to renal deficiency and deficiency syndrome.Methods From July 2017 to October 2019,96 cases of VCI-ND patients belong to renal deficiency and deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=45)and the control group(n=51).The treatment group was treated with the Ruanmai Congsheng decoction,and the control group was treated with nimodipine tablets.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and instrumental activity of daily living scale(IADL)were compared between both groups.Results The score of TCM syndrome of both groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group[(10.47±3.90)vs(12.57±5.10),P<0.01].After treatment,the MOCA score and IADL score in the treatment group increased(all P<0.05),and the difference of MOCA score before and after treatment was higher than that in the control group[(0.83±1.38)vs(0.33±0.99),P=0.024].After treatment,the MoCA and IADL scores in the control group increased,but the differences within the group were not statistically significant.There was not significant difference in IADL score between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusions Ruanmai Congsheng decoction has certain curative effects on senile patients with VCI-ND belong to renal deficiency and deficiency syndrome.
