摘要
全面梳理了江西省脱贫攻坚总体成效,从直接影响目标任务实现的困难和长期需要解决的问题2个角度,分析了江西巩固脱贫成效面临的9个薄弱环节和不利因素,针对上述薄弱环节和不利因素,提出了下足“绣花”功夫精准识别四类对象,走出“新路子”继续做好四项工作,突出“四扶”措施健全精神扶贫新措施,提升“造血能力”建立健全八项机制,做好“有机衔接”开展前瞻性政策研究等政策建议。
The overall situation of poverty alleviation in Jiangxi Province was combined in the paper.The 9 unstable weak links after poverty alleviation,the disadvantageous factors that easily lead to poverty alleviation and the difficulties and problems faced in consolidating the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,were analyzed.Last,the specific policy suggestions,such as focu?sing on four types of objects,doing four tasks well and improving eight mechanisms,were put forward for consolidating the a?chievements of poverty alleviation.
