摘要
十九大报告中指出,就业是最大的民生,实践能力的培养对于全面提升专业研究生质量至关重要。基于对食品加工与安全专业硕士研究生实践能力提升的研究,以仲恺农业工程学院为例,分析食品类专业硕士研究生实践能力培养存在的问题,并从课程教学方式、专业实践考核制度、校企联合培养模式等方面提出改革措施。
In the reports of the 19 th National Congress,employment was the biggest livelihood.The cultivation of professional degree’s practical ability was crucial to improve the graduates’quality.Taking Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering as an example,this paper based on the research of the improvement of the graduates’practical ability in food processing and safety,the problems existing in the cultivation of professional degree’s practical ability were analyzed,and the reform measures were proposed from the following aspects:the course teaching methods,appraisal system of professional practice,training models of college-enterprise cooperation.
