学生标准化病人在口腔正畸教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 标准化病人教学法通过培养、应用标准化病人,表现患者体征,模拟临床接诊环境,从而达到理论与实践相结合的教学目标。口腔正畸学是一门重视临床实践的学科,将学生作为标准化病人培养对象,对其进行系统培训,模拟临床场景,应用于病例讨论教学中,提高了学生的主动性、积极性,在课程满意度、诊疗能力、医患沟通能力、接诊自信心以及病例分析考核成绩方面都明显高于传统讲授方法(P<0.01)。可见,将学生标准化病人教学模式引入口腔正畸学教学中,提高了教学质量及学生实践能力。 The standardized patient teaching method is to achieve the teaching goal of combining theory with practice by training and applying standardized patients,showing patients,physical signs,and simulating clinical reception environment.Orthodontics is a subject with emphasis on clinical practice.Students were trained as standardized patients systematically,simulating clinical scenes and their cases were applied to the teaching of case discussion.The students’initiative and enthusiasm were improved,and their satisfaction with courses,diagnosis and treatment ability,communication ability,self-confidence in making diagnoses,and performance of case analysis were significantly higher than those of the students taught with traditional teaching methods(P<0.01).It can be seen that the standardized patient teaching mode,applied in orthodontics teaching,improved the teaching quality and students’practical ability.
