摘要
目的观察康复治疗联合有氧训练对老年脑梗死患者神经功能缺损和自主神经功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月本院收治的脑梗死患者156例,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组78例。对照组予以常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以个体化有氧训练。比较两组治疗后的疗效,治疗前后FMA运动及平衡评分,Barthel指数(BI),美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,RR间期(NNI)和标准差(SDNN)水平。结果观察组总有效率为76.92%,对照组为57.69%,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(χ^2=5.710,P<0.05)。两组治疗前FMA运动、平衡评分,BI,NIHSS,NNI和SDNN水平比较差异均无统计学意义,治疗后两组FMA运动、平衡评分,BI,NNI和SDNN水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),NIHSS水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复治疗联合个体化有氧训练治疗老年脑梗患者疗效显著,有助于恢复患者肢体的运动和平衡功能,改善神经功能缺损和自主神经功能。
Objective To observe the impact of rehabilitation therapy combined with aerobic training on neurological deficit and autonomic nervous function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 156 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 78 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was given individualized aerobic training on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was observed in two groups after treatment,the FMA exercise and balance score,Barthel index(BI),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),R-R interval(NNI)and standard deviation(SDNN)levels were also observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 76.92%,which was significantly better than 57.69% in control group(χ^2=5.710,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FMA exercise,balance score,BI,NIHSS,NNI and SDNN levels between the two groups,after treatment the FMA exercise,balance score,BI,NNI and SDNN levels were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the NIHSS was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),while observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation combined with individualized aerobic training has a significant effect on elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which is helpful for the recovery of limb movement and balance function,and improve neurological deficit and autonomic function.
