蒙脱石散联合培菲康对急性腹泻患儿临床症状缓解时间及再腹泻率的影响

Effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifico on symptom relief time and re-diarrhea rate in children with acute diarrhea

目的探讨蒙脱石散联合培菲康对急性腹泻患儿临床症状缓解时间及再腹泻率的影响。方法选取本院2015年12月至2018年12月收治的78例急性腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组单用蒙脱石散,观察组在此基础上加培菲康用治疗,比较两组患儿临床症状缓解时间及再腹泻率。结果观察组大便次数正常时间、大便性状正常时间、腹痛腹胀停止时间、止吐时间、退热时间、脱水纠正时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组再腹泻率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合培菲康治疗急性腹泻患儿可有效缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低再腹泻率。

Objective To investigate the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifico on symptom relief time and re-diarrhea rate in children with acute diarrhea.Methods From December 2015 to December 2018,78 cases of acute diarrhea children who admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated montmorillonite powder,the observation group was treated with bifico based on control group.The clinical symptom relief time and re-diarrhea rate were compared between two groups.Results The normal time of defecation frequency,normal time of stool property,stop time of abdominal pain and abdominal distention,stop time of vomiting,fever clearance time and dehydration correction time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The re-diarrhea rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with bifico in treatment of children with acute diarrhea can shorten clinical symptom relief time and decrease the re-diarrhea rate.
