泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的研究泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年6月收治的82例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用泮托拉唑治疗,观察组采用泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗。比较两组临床相关指标、临床疗效、用药安全性、复发情况。结果观察组患者临床症状消失时间、溃疡愈合时间以及用药时间短于对照组,胃液pH值及临床总有效率高于对照组,血清胃分泌水平和1年复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论对胃溃疡患者采用泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾治疗具有较高的有效性和用药安全性,可降低疾病复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods 82 patients with gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole and the observation group was treated with pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate.The clinically relevant indicators,clinical efficacy,medication safety,and relapse were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptoms in the observation group disappeared,the healing time of ulcers,and the medication time were shorter than those of the control group.The pH value and total clinical effectiveness of gastric juice were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with bismuth potassium citrate has high efficacy and drug safety for patients with gastric ulcer.It can reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and is worthy of clinical promotion.
