摘要
目的:检索国内外文献,综合分析富氢水与健康之间的关系。方法:在PubMed、Embase、Medline、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献服务系统和中国知网数据库检索自1998年1月—2019年6月国内外公开发表的相关研究文献,语种限定为中文和英文。结果:共检索出文献975篇,本研究共纳入19篇文献作为本次研究的主要证据,其中人群试验研究6篇、基础实验研究13篇,综合评价富氢水与健康之间的关系。这提示国内外关于富氢水对健康影响研究的文献数量不多,主要集中在基础研究。人群试验研究表明,富氢水可降低人群血清氧化应激水平,可预防潜在的代谢综合征;可降低人群肝脏脂肪含量;有助于降低糖尿病患者体内氧化应激水平,并可使糖耐量异常患者趋于正常;可降低化疗患者体内活性氧代谢产物,并且不影响肿瘤治疗效果;可有效改善人群肠道菌群丰富性和多样性。动物实验研究表明,富氢水可减少动物神经损伤及细胞凋亡情况,降低脑内氧化应激水平;改善代谢综合征异常表现;改善肝脏疾病;可减轻眼部炎症反应;减轻肾脏炎症反应;减轻肺部炎症。结论:富氢水对健康是有益的,但大部分是基于基础性研究获得,因此,对此问题还需进一步的研究。
【Objective】Searching the related articles,in order to systematically understand the relationship between hydrogen-rich water and health.【Method】The relevant research literatures published in China and abroad from January 1998 to June 2019 were searched in PubMed,Embase,Medline,Cochrane,China Biology Medicine disc and CNKI database.The languages were limited to Chinese and English.【Result】A total of 975 articles were searched,and 19 articles were included as the main evidence of this study,including 6 population trials,13 basic experiments,in order to explain the relationship between hydrogen-rich water and health.This showed that there were few literatures about the health effects of hydrogen-rich water at home and abroad,mainly focusing on basic research.The results showed that hydrogen-rich water could reduce the level of serum oxidative stress,prevent the potential metabolic syndrome,reduce the content of liver fat,help to reduce the level of oxidative stress in diabetic patients,and make the patients with abnormal glucose tolerance tend to be normal,reduce the level of active oxygen metabolites in chemotherapy patients,without affect the treatment of tumor,and be effective in the improvement of the richness and diversity of intestinal flora.Animal experiments showed that hydrogen-rich water could reduce nerve injury and apoptosis,reduce the level of oxidative stress in the brain,improve the abnormal performance of metabolic syndrome,improve liver disease,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the eyes,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the kidney,and reduce the inflammation of the lung.【Conclusion】Hydrogen-rich water was beneficial to health,but most of the effect were based on basic research,so further researches about human were needed to explore the effect of hydrogen-rich water on health.
