摘要 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定云南省芒市、腾冲、玉溪3地温泉中的Be、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Pb共12种金属元素,分析3个地方温泉水中金属元素含量的差异及温泉水中金属元素对人体健康的影响.本测定方法操作简便,分析速度快,相关系数范围0.9997<R<0.9999,其加标回收率为90.8%~108.0%,准确度满足相关要求.研究结果表明:3地温泉水中的金属元素含量均较丰富,腾冲、玉溪温泉中对人体有益的元素Cr、Fe、Mn、Ni、Cu、Ba含量相对高于芒市温泉,3个地方温泉水对人体有害的元素Cd、Pb、Be、Sb含量均小于饮用水标准. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the content of 12metal elements,including Be,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba and Pb,in hot springs of Mangshi,,Tengchong and Yuxi.The method is simple and can analyze samples speedily with a correlation coefficient between0.9997 and 0.9999,a standard marked recovery rates ranging from 90.8%~108.0%and the accuracy that can meet related requirements.The results show that metal elements are rich in hot spring waterof the three areas,and the contents of harmful elements Cd,Pb,Be and Sb are lower than those of drinking water standard;the contents of Cr,Fe,Mn,Ni,Cu,Ba,which are beneficial to human body,in Tengchong and Yuxi hot springs are relatively higher than those in Mangshi hot springs.
