低氧性肺动脉高压发生机制与诊治新策略 被引量:9

Mechanism and new strategies for diagnosis and treatmentof hypoxic pulmonary hypertension

摘要 低氧性肺动脉高压(hypoxia pulmonary hypertension,HPH)是由于各种原因造成长期慢性缺氧,继而产生低氧性肺血管收缩(hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction,HPV)和低氧性肺血管结构重塑(hypoxic pulmonary vascular structural remodeling,HPVSR)[1],导致肺动脉压力异常增高的临床综合征,具有难治、高致残率与高病死率等特点[2]。
