摘要
光干涉型甲烷测定器是利用干涉条纹的位移来判断当前环境的甲烷浓度。Sobel算法利用3×3算子模板检测图像边缘存在提取错误的信息,提出采用5×5的模板来代替原有3×3模板的Sobel改进算法,在传统的基础上增加了十二个方向上的梯度运算,增加了其抗噪性。结果表明,提出基于图像处理的方法来检测干涉条纹的位移,检测精度可以达到0.01 mm。
The optical interferometer involves determining the concentration of methane in the current environment using the displacement of interference fringes.This paper presents an improved Sobel algorithm as a viable alternative to Sobel algorithm prone to the wrong information extraction due to the detection of the edge of the image using 3×3 operator template.The improved Sobel algorithm is obtained by replacing the original 3×3 template with 5×5 template and adding gradient operation in twelve directions to the traditional Sobel algorithm in a way which increases its anti-noise.The results show that the proposed method which is based on image processing to detect the displacement of interference fringes could afford the detection accuracy of 0.01 mm.
