职业化背景下高校开设电竞专业的生态环境与策略

在国家将电子竞技列为社会就业岗位的利好背景下,我国高校开设电竞专业迎来新的历史性机遇,同时,也对高校电竞专业未来发展提出新的挑战。然而,当前我国高校开设电竞专业的生态环境总体呈现政策利导、专业趋同、目标模糊、归属不清等特征,国家政策、生源、媒体、观念、师资、竞争等是主要影响因素。因此,建议从政策稳定化、招生特色化、舆论平衡化、观念同步化、师资开放化、专业国际化等方面进行逐步调整和完善,以求为我国高校电竞专业形成优质生态环境提供先行理论探索。

Under the background of the country’s e-sports as a social employment position,the e-sports profession in China's colleges and universities has ushered in new historic opportunities.At the same time,it also poses new challenges to the future development of college e-sports.According to the analysis and conclusion,the ecological environment of e-sports majors in China currently presents the characteristics of policy guidance,professional convergence,ambiguous goals and unclear attribution.On the basis of key combing features,research finds policies,students,media,concepts,teachers,competition,etc.are the main influencing factors.Therefore,it is suggested to gradually adjust and improve from the aspects of policy stabilization,enrollment specialization,balance of public opinion,concept synchronization,teacher openness,professional internationalization,etc.,in order to provide a pioneering theory exploration for the formation of high-quality ecological environment for e-sports majors in China.
