试论SPOC教学模式在酒店英语教学中的应用

On the Application of SPOC Teaching Mode in Hotel English Teaching

小规模限制性在线课程(简称SPOC)是基于“在线教学+线下传统课堂”,结合在线平台教学优势与互动模式,学生获取知识的新型教学媒介,成为基础教育模式的重要方式。本文以高职院校酒店英语SPOC平台式教学实践为例证,尝试构建基于小规模限制性课程的教学结构性模型。结果表明,小规模限制性在线课程教学结构模型有效结合了数据信息技术与酒店职业英语教学,从而提升了学生英语知识吸收能力和酒店英语的应用水平。

Small Private Online Course(SPOC)is a new teaching medium based on"online teaching+traditional teaching class",which combined with the advantages of online teaching and interactive mode.It has becoming an important way for basic education.This paper attempts to build a teaching structural model based on SPOC platform teaching practice in Higher Vocational colleges.The result shows that the small private online course teaching structure model effectively worked with vocational hospitality English teaching and data analysis technology,also improved students'English knowledge absorption ability and hosptality English level.
