摘要
为完成数字指令驱动电路的指令测试,设计了计算机-单片机-被测电路的三级硬件架构及软件程序。计算机按照数字指令驱动电路的指令格式进行发送与接收工作,单片机辅助测试,将数字指令驱动电路的执行结果反馈给计算机,计算机进行比对以完成对数字指令驱动电路的指令测试工作。应用这一系统,实现了无人值守的数字指令驱动电路测试工作,提高了测试效率。通过实验验证了将嵌入式技术应用于集成电路测试工作中的可行性与优越性,为集成电路的测试工作又开辟了一条快速通道。
In order to complete the instruction test of the digital instruction drive circuit,the three-level hardware architecture and software program of the computer-singlechip-circuit under test are designed.The computer performs sending and receiving work according to the instruction format of the digital instruction drive circuit,the singlechip assists the test,and feeds back the execution result of the digital instruction drive circuit to the computer,and the computer performs comparison to complete the instruction test work of the digital instruction drive circuit.Using this system,the unattended test work of digital instruction drive circuit is realized,and the test efficiency is improved.The feasibility and superiority of applying embedded technology to IC testing are verified,and a fast channel is opened up for IC testing.
