一种用于研究偏光片结构层参数在不同温湿绕度下效果的智能设备

摘要 目前有源矩阵有机发光二级面板显示屏的使用层次主要为民用品,还没有适用于极端温度、极端湿度的产品出现,这是因为没有对应的测试设备.本文提出了一款新型设备,它可以通过改变偏光膜结构层的材质、厚度,大量、反复、自动测试使用了不同结构层的材质、厚度的偏光膜的AMOLED,在不同的极端温度、湿度、绕度的条件下,其亮度、对比度的还原情况,以及寿命,从而通过数据分析,得出适用于极寒、极热、极干、极湿条件下的偏光膜结构层材质和厚度方案,从而生产出对应的产品. At present,the use level of the source Matrix organic light-emitting secondary panel display is mainly for people's supplies.It has not yet been applied to products with extreme temperatures and extreme humidity.This is because there is no corresponding test equipment.In this paper,a new type of equipment is proposed,which can be used to test AMOLEDs with different materials and thickness of polarizer film structure layer by changing the material and thickness of the polarizer layer.Under dif ferent conditions of extreme temperature,humidity,and winding,the reduction of brightness,contrast,and life span are obtained through data analysis to obtain a partial film structure suitable for extremely cold,extremely hot,extremely dry,and extremely wet conditions.Material and thickness scheme,In order to produce the corresponding product.
