某种铜钴矿的浸出过程试验探索 被引量:3

摘要 通过对铜钴矿的浸出试验探索,得出铜钴矿样为含钴氧化矿,适宜还原酸浸,浓硫酸酸浸效果更好,还原体系为双氧水与亚硫酸钠组合。最优试验条件为液固比5∶1,加入浓硫酸理论量的1.5倍,按照先后顺序加入双氧水量为矿样质量55.5%和亚硫酸钠量为矿样质量10%,温度70℃,反应时间30 min。在最优的试验条件下进行铜钴矿的浸出试验,钴的浸出率达到99%以上,铜的浸出率达到98%以上。 Through the leaching test of copper-cobalt ore,it is found that the copper-cobalt ore is cobalt-containing oxidized ore,suitable for reducing acid leaching,and the effect of concentrated sulfuric acid leaching is better.The reduction system is a combination of hydrogen peroxide and sodium sulfite.The optimum test conditions are liquidsolid ratio of 5∶1,1.5 times of the theoretical amount of concentrated sulfuric acid,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added in the order of 55.5%of the mineral sample and the amount of sodium sulfite is 10%of the mass of the ore sample,the temperature is 70℃,and the reaction time is 30 min.The leaching test of copper-cobalt ore was carried out under the optimal test conditions,the leaching rate of cobalt was over 99%,and the leaching rate of copper was over 98%.
