摘要
采用南非某钒钛磁铁矿直接提钒,考察了焙烧温度、钠盐添加剂种类、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固比对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:焙烧温度控制在1100~1300℃,采用NaCl-Na2CO3复合添加剂,浸出时温度控制在80~90℃,浸出时间控制在2 h以内,浸出时液固比采用3∶1,钒的浸出率可超过80%。
The vanadium was directly extracted from vanadium-titanium magnetite in South Africa.The effects of roasting temperature,sodium salt additives,leaching time,leaching temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of vanadium were investigated.The results showed that the roasting temperature was controlled at 1100~1300℃,NaCl-Na2CO3 compound additive was used,the leaching temperature was controlled at 80~90℃,the leaching time was controlled within 2 h,the liquid-solid ratio was 3∶1,and the leaching rate of vanadium could exceed 80%.
