高职建筑工程技术专业“1+X证书制度”人才职业技能培养探析

Analysis of Vocational Skill Training of "1+X Certificate System" for Construction Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Education

随着"1+X证书制度"的提出和实施,高校职业教育发生着重大变革。高职院校在人才职业技能培养上应当积极响应"1+X证书制度"政策,为我国职业教育的发展添砖加瓦。文章以建筑工程技术专业为例,分析高职院校"1+X证书制度"人才职业技能培养的模式,提出高职建筑工程技术专业"1+X证书制度"人才职业技能培养策略,为我国高职院校人才职业技能培养和建筑工程技术专业人才培养贡献力量。

With the introduction and implementation of the "1 + X certificate system",major changes have taken place in vocational education in colleges and universities.Higher vocational colleges should actively respond to the "1 + X certificate system" policy in personnel vocational skills training,and contribute to the development of vocational education in China.Taking the construction engineering technology specialty as an example,this paper analyzes the vocational skills training model of the "1 + X certificate system" in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the vocational skills training strategy of the "1 + X certificate system" in the vocational construction engineering technology specialty,which is a high priority for China contribute to the training of vocational skills and vocational talents in construction engineering technology.
