阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者唾液中胃蛋白酶含量测定的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者唾液中胃蛋白酶含量,评估其与OSAHS的关系。方法本研究纳入OSAHS患者85例,其中轻度组27例、中度组30例、重度组28例,以15名健康受试者作为对照。留取每人晨起空腹黏白唾液,用酶联免疫方法测定唾液中胃蛋白酶含量。结果15名健康受试者和85例OSAHS患者唾液胃蛋白酶含量分别为(5.65±4.73)ng/ml和(36.92±28.71)ng/ml,有明显统计学差异(P=0.000)。三组OSAHS患者唾液胃蛋白酶含量差异明显(P=0.041),两两比较结果显示,轻度组与中度组和重度组比较均有差别(P分别为0.020和0.041),而中度组和重度组比较无统计学意义(P=0.783)。结论OSAHS患者唾液中胃蛋白酶含量明显高于健康人,胃蛋白酶可能是引起OSAHS潜在的致病因素。 OBJECTIVE To measure the salivary pepsin level of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in order to find relationship between the pepsin and OSAHS.METHODS A total of 85 OSAHS outpatients in our department were enrolled in this study.They were divided into three groups according to the severity of OSAHS:mild group(27 cases),moderate group(30 cases)and severe group(28 cases).Fifteen healthy subjects in the same period were considered as the control group.The saliva was collected into tubes and the level of pepsin in saliva was measured by human pepsin ELISA kit.RESULTS Among the 15 healthy subjects,the level of pepsin in saliva was(5.65±4.73)ng/ml.The average level of pepsin in saliva was(36.92±28.71)ng/ml in 85 outpatients group.There existed a significant difference between two groups(P=0.000).The level of pepsin in saliva of OSAHS patients among three groups was significantly different(P=0.041).The results showed that there existed differences between mild group and moderate group and between mild group and severe group(P=0.020 and 0.041,respectively).However,there was no significant difference between moderate group and severe group(P=0.783).CONCLUSION The level of pepsin in saliva of OSAHS patients is significantly higher than that of healthy adults.Pepsin may be a potential causative factor of OSAHS.
