过渡流道径向长度对离心泵水力性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Crossover Structural Parameter on the Performance of Centrifugal Pump

摘要 为研究过渡流道径向长度对离心泵水力性能的影响,建立了4种不同径向长度的过渡流道模型,并借助ANSYS软件对离心泵进行了全流场的数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果,对比分析了泵外特性曲线和设计工况下过渡流道内部的流动状态。研究表明:额定工况及小流量工况下,径向长度对离心泵外特性的影响不大,但在大流量工况下,随着长度的减小,离心泵的扬程和效率均有所降低;过渡流道径向长度为510和610 mm的离心泵,扬程与效率的波动不大;过渡流道扩散段内部的回流和漩涡较为明显,且小径向长度过渡流道扩散段内部的回流和漩涡更为明显。 To explore the effect of the radial length of crossover on the performance of a centrifugal pump,based on ANSYS software,centrifugal pumps with different radial length of crossover are simulated.According to the results of numerical simulation,the characteristic curves of pump and internal flow state of the crossover are analyzed in this paper.The research results show that the change of the radial length of crossover has little effect on the performance of the centrifugal pump under the condition of small flow.Under the design case and the large flow condition,with the decrease of the radial length of crossover,the hydraulic loss of crossover becomes more serious.The head and efficiency vary little for the centrifugal pump with radial length of the crossover between 510 mm and 610 mm.Energy performance of single volute pump is better than that of double-volute pump.The backflow and whirlpool of diffuser become evident,and more noticeable for that with a short crossover.
