1000 MW燃煤锅炉污泥掺烧试验研究与工程应用 被引量:23

Investigation and Applications of Co-combustion of Sludge in a 1000 MW Coal Fired Boiler

摘要 针对某电厂1000 MW机组1号锅炉掺烧生活污泥,开展了锅炉燃烧特性理论研究、现场掺烧试验,评估了不同掺烧比例对锅炉燃烧特性、SO2排放,飞灰、炉渣、脱硫废水中重金属和烟囱的二恶英排放情况。研究表明:掺烧60%含水率生活污泥,在10%掺烧比例以内,理论燃烧温度降低了7 K;掺烧比例控制在10%以内,污泥掺烧对于煤的元素成分影响不大,对飞灰浓度影响不大,不会造成省煤器等受热面磨损加剧;掺烧比例控制在10%以内,烟囱出口处NOx、SO2和粉尘浓度都能满足超低排放要求;脱硫石膏、脱硫废水、脱硫浆液、飞灰和炉渣中重金属满足相关环保标准排放要求。 Investigations and applications of co-combustion of sludge in a 1000 MW coal fired boiler are conducted in this paper.The theoretical analysis of co-combustion of sludge and its experimental test are performed.These experimental tests are conducted in order to inspect the feasibility of co-combustion of sludge,considering the boiler efficiency,the pollutants release,the heavy metal in the fly ash,and slag.The main results are summarized as follows:when the mass content of sludge is less than 10%,and the water content of the sludge is less than 60%,the effect on the combustion efficiency is negligible.The emissions of NOx,SO2,and dust meet the strict rules of our country.The heavy metals in the fly ash and the slag are also satisfactory under the current strict rules.
