糖基固体酸非均相催化餐饮废油制备生物柴油

摘要 以廉价的葡萄糖为原料,使用直接炭化和水热合成两种方法制备了糖基固体酸催化剂。先以玉米油为原料,使用两种催化剂进行了生物柴油的制备研究,通过对比发现水热法制备的催化剂拥有更加的稳定性能。进而选用水热法制备的固体物酸柴为油催的化制剂备,条再件以。成在分醇相油对摩复尔杂比的7:餐1饮、反废应油时为间原1料0小,研时究、催了生化剂用量6wt%、反应温度170℃的条件下,以餐饮废油为原料制备生物柴油的产率能稳定于82%以上。
