摘要
根据生态效益评价相关研究成果及其在改善大气环境、增加植被覆盖率、减少地表径流、降低土壤侵蚀等方面的成效机制,从调水、保土、改善环境、植被及物种等方面构建评价指标体系,并对各因子权重利用组合赋权法计算;为表征评价对象在不同时间段内的水保措施生态效应,引入指标响应强度揭示了其四大方面的总体响应趋势。实例分析表明:各指标权重采用组合赋权法计算具有较强的科学合理性,调水和保土的响应时间在生态效应中更短,在改善生态环境、减少水土流失方面水保治理措施发挥着重要的作用;可为揭示水保措施的区域适宜性及其作用机理,进一步修订完善小流域治理方案提供决策依据。
According to the research results of ecological benefit evaluation and its effective mechanism in improving atmospheric environment,increasing vegetation coverage,reducing surface runoff and reducing soil erosion,the evaluation index system was constructed from the aspects of water and soil conservation,improving environmental vegetation and species,meanwhile,the composite weight method was used to calculate the weight of each factor.In order to characterize the ecological effect of soil and water conservation measures in different time periods,the target response intensity is introduced to reveal the overall response trend of four major aspects.The instance analysis showed that each index weight calculation with composite empowerment has strong scientific rationality,water diversion and soil and water conservation of the response time is shorter in the ecological effect,which plays an important role in improving the ecological environment to reduce water loss and soil erosion.It can provide a decision basis for revealing the regional suitability and action mechanism of water conservation measures and further revising and perfecting the small watershed management scheme.
