《中国图书馆分类法(未成年人图书馆版)》(第4版)增设儿童绘本类目探讨

《中图法未成年人版》(4版)中,关于绘本图书的概念较为模糊,缺乏科学合理的定义,造成了图书入类、种类界定、专项统计与多元检索存在困难等问题。文章提出了修订绘本的概念定义,增设"儿童绘本"类目,扩充J323类号,并对该类图书进行专类复分的探讨方案,以解决该类图书在图书馆管理与利用中存在的困扰问题。

In Chinese Library Classification(Juvenile Library Version)4th Edition,the concept of picture books in Category J323 is very ambiguous.In other words,there is a lack of scientific definition of picture books.This results in some difficulties in book classification,category delimitation,statistics for a particular category and multiple retrieval.A solution was proposed in this paper that the concept of picture books should be revised;a category of children’s picture books should be added to expand Category J323;and the category should be sub-classified.
