癫痫的围发作期成像及基于成像治疗癫痫研究进展被引量：1

摘要急性缺血性脑卒中是需要在时间窗内做出重要治疗决策的神经科急症,但癫痫围发作期常常模仿卒中或者其他疾病的表现,因此,癫痫围发作期的成像识别可明确癫痫是发作还是卒中,避免错误诊治带来的风险;基于成像的癫痫治疗可以更精准治疗癫痫起源灶,微创治疗能减少开颅手术带来新的医源性创伤,本文对癫痫围发作期成像和基于成像癫痫治疗的新进展进行综述。
