摘要
以ZL114A铝合金复杂壳体铸件为对象,介绍了壳体铸件的研制过程。从铸件设计、铸造工艺设计、内部品质控制、性能控制及尺寸控制等方面入手,结合数值模拟技术等,最终缩短了铸件研制时间,获得了内部品质、力学性能和尺寸精度等均满足设计要求的优质铝合金壳体铸件。
The casting process of complex Zl114 Aalloy housing was analyzed from the housing design,casting process design,internal quality control,mechanical property control and size control.Combined with the numerical simulation technology,the developed time of casting is shortened,and the premium housing with internal quality、mechanical properties and size accuracy can meet the design requirements.
