摘要 将轧件塑性变形轧制压力计算与十二辊轧机辊系弹性变形的MSC.MARC有限元计算相结合,建立了十二辊轧机轧制薄带的板凸度控制的计算方法。通过预设轧件板凸度计算的轧制压力以及在该轧制压力作用下1400 mm十二辊轧机辊系之间的弹性变形迭代计算,确定了轧机中间辊单侧锥度变化对ST12薄带板凸度、辊系之间的压力分布以及工作辊位移影响规律,同时通过优化计算辊系的中间辊单侧锥度变化,使该轧机轧制的ST12薄带产品横向同板差平均下降超过35%,其生产的0.1~0.3 mm厚度薄带产品板形控制达到0.5~1.0 mm/2 m以下,从而有效提高该轧机轧制的薄带板凸度和板形控制能力。 Combining the calculation of rolling pressure for plastic deformation of rolled strip with the MSC.MARC based finite element calculation of elastic deformation of roll system of 12-high mill,the calculation method of plate crown control in rolling thin strip with 12-high mill was established.Through the iterative calculation of elastic deformation between the 1400 mm 12-high mill roll system under the rolling pressure calculated by presetting plate crown of rolled strip,the effects of the change of one side taper of intermediate roll on the plate crown of ST12 thin strip,pressure distribution between roll system and the work roll displacement were determined.At the same time,through the optimization calculation of the change of single side taper of intermediate roll in roll system,the transverse error of plate of ST12 thin strip rolled by this mill is reduced by more than 35%,and the shape control of the 0.1-0.3 mm thin strip products is less than 0.5-1.0 mm per two meters.As a result,the strip crown and shape control ability of the mill were significantly improved.
