连退机组RCS段冷却速度预报模型及其影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对以往现场对于连退机组RCS段带钢与风箱间距、循环风机转速以及冷却气体中H2含量与带钢冷却速度之间的关系仅仅停留在定性分析阶段、无法实现定量调整的问题,结合连退机组RCS段的设备与工艺特点,考虑到气体导热系数和比热等气体物性参数随着所接触带钢温度的变化而变化的特性,建立了一套连退机组RCS段带钢冷却速度的预报模型,给出了相应的模型计算方法,定量分析了带钢与风箱间距、循环风机转速以及冷却气体中H2含量等可优化参数对带钢冷却速度的影响。并将模型应用到现场冷却速度的预报与可优化参数的定量调整,取得了良好的使用效果。 Aiming at the problems that the relationship between the distance from strip steel to bellows,rotational speed of circulating fan and H2 content in cooling gas and cooling speed of strip steel in RCS section of continuous annealing unit only remained in the qualitative analysis stage and could not be adjusted quantitatively in the past,combining with the equipment and process characteristics of the RCS section of the continuous annealing unit,the characteristics that the gas physical property parameters such as gas thermal conductivity and specific heat vary with the temperature of the strip steel were considered,a set of prediction model for the cooling rate of the strip steel in the RCS section of the continuous annealing unit was established,and the corresponding calculation method was given.The influence of the optimizable parameters such as the distance from strip steel to bellows,the rotational speed of circulating fan and the H2 content in cooling gas on the cooling rate of strip steel was analyzed quantitatively.The model was applied to the prediction of the cooling rate and the quantitative adjustment of the optimizable parameters in the scene.Good application results are achieved.
