摘要
杜威哲学教育思想不但对中国哲学和教育学产生了重大影响,也对国际社会工作专业教育和专业能力产生了重要影响。他的哲学改造计划不但是对古典哲学的改造,也引起了当代实证主义认识论和社会实践以及专业实践的复杂关系的争论。他提出的“从做中学”的思想不但是普通国民教育的核心模式,更是专业实践能力培养的核心模式。社会工作作为一个面向社会现实问题的开放的实践活动,只能用实用主义哲学作为一线专业实践能力核心模式,整合实证主义科学研究结论发展专业能力,而不是过度依赖实证主义实验研究结论机械套用到复杂现实情境中。
The philosophy and education thoughts of Dewey,not only influence philosophy and pedagogy,but also influence the development of social work professional competence education and training.His project of transformation of philosophy not only transforms the classical philosophy,but also has implications to the dispute about the relationship between positivism and social practice,as well as professional practice.His suggestion of"Learning by doing"is also the core educating model of professional practice competence,beside as the core model of general national education.Social work profession,as a quasiprofession opening to social problems,must employs pragmatism as its core professional practice model to integrate evidences from positivist research to develop professional competence,rather than simply depends on positivist research conclusion and mechanically apply it to complicated reality.
