突发公共卫生事件中基于5G+新媒体的健康教育应急服务模式探析

Analysis of Emergency Service Mode of Health Education Based on 5G+New Media in Public Health Emergencies

针对新型冠状病毒肺炎重大突发公共卫生事件,利用5G+新媒体技术,建立大型公立医院线上"健康大讲堂"应急健康教育服务模式。利用微信新媒体技术实现健康科普讲座的实时直播、在线回放和互动交流等功能,提高大型公立医院健康教育宣传的服务效能。也为突发公共卫生事件应急体系提供一种健康教育宣传思路,为构建区域内健康教育平台示范基地提供参考依据。

Aiming at COVID-19 epidemic outbreak of public health incidents,and through using 5 G+new media technology,online"health lecture"emergency health education service mode in large-scale public hospitals is established.Through using Wechat new media technology to realize real-time live broadcast,online playback and interactive communication of health science lectures,the service efficiency of health education and publicity in large public hospitals is improved,a kind of health education propaganda idea for the emergency system of public health emergencies is provided,in order to provide reference for the construction of regional health education platform demonstration base.
