海军陆战队某部基层官兵疾病谱调查分析

Disease Spectrum of Grass-roots Officers and Soldiers in a Unit of Marine Corps

目的调查海军陆战队某单位基层官兵的疾病谱,为非战时海军陆战队官兵基层卫勤保障提供理论依据与数据支持。方法收集2019年2—7月海军陆战队某旅卫生队门诊病历资料,参照疾病诊断名称与代码标准应用指南,对疾病谱进行统计描述。结果共收集海军陆战队某部基层官兵1524条就诊记录,疾病构成比位于前五位的分别是呼吸系统疾病、耳鼻喉及眼科疾病、皮肤及过敏性疾病、消化系统疾病与训练伤。单病种疾病构成比居前十位的依次是上呼吸道感染、咽炎、扁桃体炎、浅表真菌感染、胃炎、支气管炎、急性胃肠炎、扭伤、皮炎、过敏。结论海军陆战队基层部队应将呼吸系统、耳鼻喉及眼、皮肤与过敏性、消化系统疾病及训练伤作为防治的重点,制定科学的防治方案与切实可行的护理措施,以提高基层卫勤保障水平,维护官兵健康。

Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of grass-roots officers and soldiers in a unit of Marine Corps,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for health of officers and soldiers in Marine Corps in peace time.Methods Outpatient medical records of a medical team in a brigade of Marine Corps from February 2019 to July 2019 were collected,followed by statistical description of disease spectrum,according to application guide for the standard of disease names and code.Results A total of 1524 medical records of grass-roots officers and soldiers from a unit of Marine Corps were collected,and the top 5 system diseases with the highest constituent ratio were respiratory system,diseases of the ear,nose,throat and eye,dermatopathy and allergy,digestive system,and military training related injury.Moreover,as for constituent ratio,the highest incidence was found in upper respiratory tract infection,followed by pharyngitis,amygdalitis,superficial fungi infection,gastritis,bronchitis,acute gastroenteritis,sprain,dermatitis,and allergy.Conclusion In order to enhance the medical support and maintain the health of officers and soldiers,the medical staff in Marine Corps should provide reasonable prevention and treating methods as well as practical nursing interventions,targeting the common diseases including respiratory system,diseases of the ear,nose,throat and eye,dermatopathy and allergy,digestive disease,and military training related injury.
