居民对分级诊疗的接受度与期望研究

Research on Residents'Acceptance and Expectation of Graded Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:调查居民对分级诊疗的接受度与期望,为完善分级诊疗制度提供参考。方法:采取随机抽样法,在南京市浦口区11个社区中各抽取100位未签约家庭医生的居民进行问卷调查。结果:知晓家庭医生制度、参加城镇职工医保、患有慢性病的居民更能接受社区首诊。居民最希望家庭医生提供的服务分别是定期体检、常见病诊治、慢性病治疗和指导、随时获得服务和健康指导,以及紧急情况的抢救。结论:提升家庭医生签约服务普及度,充分利用医保的引导和激励作用,将家庭医生签约服务从重点人群逐步扩大到普通人群,强化对常见病诊治以及其他由基层医疗机构承担的职责与功能,推动分级诊疗制度的落实。

Objective To investigate the residents'acceptance and expectation of graded diagnosis and treatment,and provide a reference for improving the graded diagnosis and treatment system.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 100 residents without signed family doctors from 11 communities in Pukou District of Nanjing City to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results Residents who knew the family doctor system,participated in urban employee medical insurance,and had chronic diseases were more likely to receive community first consultation.Residents most wanted services provided by family doctors were regular medical examinations,diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,treatment and guidance of chronic diseases,access to services and health guidance at any time,and emergency rescue.Conclusion We should increase the popularity of family doctor contracting services,make full use of the guidance and incentives of medical insurance,gradually expand the family doctor contracting services from the key population to the general population,strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and other responsibilities and functions assumed by primary medical institutions and promote the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
