摘要
随着国家一系列健康政策的出台,公立医院纷纷探索新的绩效管理模式。本文以Z医院为例,从员工满意度的视角探索公立医院绩效管理的策略,并提出完善绩效管理的思考建议,从而提高员工积极性。
With the introduction of a series of national health policies,public hospitals have explored new performance management models.This article takes Z Hospital as an example to explore the performance management strategies of public hospitals from the perspective of employee satisfaction,and proposes suggestions for improving performance management in order to improve employee motivation.
